Car Plate Finder
Parts dealers and workshops lose time and money when a part is ordered for the wrong version of a car. Car Plate Finder returns the vehicle's technical specification, including chassis and year of registration, from its number plate in seconds.

What we built: the web application, the public REST API with personal tokens, subscription and credit billing with card payments, user accounts, and GDPR-compliant data handling.
How a project runs
- Discovery. Users, features, integrations and pricing model, written down and agreed.
- Design. Screens and data model approved before development starts.
- Build in releases. A working version every two to four weeks, tested on your data.
- Launch and run. Hosting, monitoring, backups and support, or a full hand-over to your team.
Questions we are often asked
Who owns the code?
You do. On delivery you receive the source code, the deployment set-up and the accounts in your company's name. We can continue to host and maintain the product under a separate service agreement.
Can you build a product that charges users?
Yes. We set up subscriptions, prepaid credit and usage-based pricing with an online payment provider, with invoices and the VAT treatment of each market.
Do you build mobile apps?
We build web apps that work on any phone and, where a store app is needed, iOS and Android apps from a shared code base.
How is a project priced?
A short paid discovery phase produces the specification, design and a fixed price per release. Hosting and maintenance are a monthly fee.
