Cross-border tax and VAT compliance

For companies selling into several countries, we organise VAT registrations and recurring filings, and help finance teams bring filing in-house.

What we cover

  • VAT registration for non-resident companies in Italy, Poland, the UK and other EU states
  • Periodic VAT returns, Intrastat and EC Sales Lists
  • Poland's national e-invoicing system (KSeF) and its link to your ERP
  • Withholding tax filings on cross-border payments
  • One-Stop Shop (OSS/IOSS) for distance sales to consumers
  • Tax registration of new entities, including PT PMA companies in Indonesia

In-house self-filing programmes

Some groups want to file directly under their own entities rather than through an outside provider. We set this up country by country:

  1. Feasibility: what each tax authority requires from a non-resident filer.
  2. Set-up: filing accounts, credentials, qualified electronic signatures, powers of attorney.
  3. Procedures: written step-by-step guides for each return, with a filing calendar.
  4. First cycle: support through the first live submissions and payments.

How the work is delivered. Vibra Consulting scopes and coordinates the engagement. Filings and tax advice are provided by licensed tax professionals in each country from our partner network, under a single plan, fee and timeline.

Who this is for

Manufacturers and online sellers with stock or customers in more than one EU country, and groups whose finance teams want to reduce dependence on outside filing agents.

Questions we are often asked

Do you file tax returns yourselves?

No. Returns and tax opinions are prepared and signed by licensed tax advisers in each country. Vibra Consulting defines the scope, coordinates the advisers, writes the procedures and keeps one timeline across countries.

We want to file ourselves. Can you help?

Yes. We design the in-house process: registrations, filing accounts and credentials, digital signatures, calendars, step-by-step procedures, and support through the first filing cycle.

Do we need a fiscal representative?

It depends on the country and on where your company is established. Some EU states require one for non-EU companies; others do not. We check this for each country before anything is registered.
