When a presence has to change, we manage the process — including restructuring of representative offices and staff terminations under local labour law, with local counsel.

Questions we are often asked
Can a foreign company own 100% of an Indonesian company?
In many business lines, yes, through a foreign-investment company (PT PMA). Some sectors are restricted or closed to foreign ownership, so we check the activity codes (KBLI) for your business before anything is filed.
How long does a company set-up take?
It depends on the country and on how quickly documents are signed and legalised. We give a timeline in the written scope, after we have seen your documents.
Can you act as our local representative?
Yes, for an agreed period: meetings with partners and authorities, follow-up of local suppliers and staff, and reporting to head office.
